RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
This Returns and Refunds Policy is an integral part of the website Terms and Conditions of MyRoomy. MyRoomy reserves the right to make changes to the return and refund policy at any time, which will be updated on our website.
RISK-FREE TRIAL RETURN POLICY
To qualify for a return, you must request it within 30 days of the product period, and the product must be in perfect condition (i.e., no stains, tears, or other soiling).
A wrong size order is not eligible for an exchange or return.
You can only request a return for the first kind of any product.
To qualify for a return, you must be a genuine customer, not associated with another mattress brand or retailer.
There are no hidden return fees, except for those associated with installment payments (i.e., we cannot refund the interest paid).
This policy will always comply with any government directive concerning refunds, returns, and exchanges.
GENERAL RETURN POLICY
If the customer is dissatisfied with the purchase and wishes to return it within 30 days of delivery, they must send the product back to our warehouse at their own expense. After 30 days of delivery, returns will not be accepted.
The customer must ensure that the item is returned with its original packaging and all accessories in the same condition as received. Please provide the tracking number as soon as you ship your return.
All customers must receive approval from MyRoomy before returning any item. If a return is sent without prior notification, MyRoomy will not be responsible for the returned item.
Returned merchandise must be in the original packaging, unopened, in new and saleable condition, and with all original product literature.
We do not provide free return shipping, nor do we offer refunds for any fees that may result from shipping a return, incl. those associated with installment payments (i.e., we cannot refund the interest paid).
Perishable products are non-returnable, except if the item is damaged or if the wrong item is received. We do not accept free returns in case of wrong sizes being ordered. Please double-check your measurements before purchase to confirm that the product and base heights selected meet your needs.
Returns apply only to standard-sized products. You are permitted only one exchange.
Any sale or promotional items that are sold are non-refundable and non-returnable.
METHODS OF PAYMENT AND REFUND
For security reasons, refunds will only be transferred back to the original mode of payment used during the order placement.
REFUND CYCLE
The complete refund process usually takes about 15-30 working days from the date of confirmation of the refund.
Delivery charges for returns within the UAE are free. However, products cannot be returned from outside the UAE.
