Shipment is a transfer of goods which you have ordered on our website, to our delivery partner.

What is the timeframe for receiving the item I ordered?
If your order was placed by Royal Mail, it will be delivered directly to your door within 2 business days, which will follow the shipment of the item. When the day of delivery arrives, you will receive an alert, as well as an email, indicating the arrival of the item. In case you are away from home, you will be left with a message telling you at which post office you can pick up your order.
If you order Lick Paint in the UK, you will be able to collect your order for free the very next working day.
If you made your purchase with DPD delivery, the goods ordered will be delivered to your home no later than 24 hours after dispatch. Before delivery in the evening you will receive a text message and an e-mail to inform you that your order will be delivered the next day.
On the morning of the day of delivery you will be informed of its time. In addition to confirming the acceptance of the order you will have the opportunity to reschedule the delivery, ask to leave it with a neighbor or send a deliveryman to the post office so that you can pick up the parcel yourself. We ask you to note that the carrier does not pick up the packaging in which your product will be delivered.
Your order will be delivered 5 business days after shipping has been arranged. When delivery day arrives, you will receive a text message suggesting a delivery time (about 2 hours). If for some reason you can't accept the parcel at these hours, the delivery date and time will be changed to your convenience.
Shipping with DHL Courier Service
If you placed your order this way, it will be delivered no later than 24 hours after it was shipped. Before your order is delivered, you will receive a text message the night before and an email the next day. If you are not comfortable taking delivery on the scheduled day, you will be able to reschedule it for another day or ask to leave the package with a neighbor.
Please note that all orders are shipped with next day delivery. If you placed your order before 13:00, we can deliver it to you within 2 working days maximum. If you placed your order after 1pm on a weekday or at any time on a weekend, we can deliver it to you within 3 business days, or several days later.
Shipping with YODEL
If you placed your order with YODEL, it will be delivered within 2 business days of shipment at the latest. Before you receive this order, you will receive a text message and an email with an arrival notice. If you are unable to take delivery, you will be able to reschedule for a date that is convenient for you. In addition, you will need to remember that the carrier will not pick up your package.
Delivery via BJS / ARROW XL
If you have ordered delivery by BJS / ARROW XL, our partner will contact you 2 days before the scheduled delivery time. The partner will inform you of this delivery date. If you are comfortable with the delivery date and time, you can confirm it. Otherwise you will have the opportunity to reschedule it. You will be able to inform our partner about your address so that he/she can deliver the parcel to your door. Please note, however, that deliveries over 1 floor are only possible if your building is equipped with an elevator, or if the weight of your parcel does not exceed 75 kg. If your apartment is located above the third floor it will not be possible to deliver it. If you are not sure that the parcel will pass through your windows and doors, we do not recommend you to place an order without prior consultation with the delivery company.
What types of deliveries are available?

Keep in mind that the order grouping option is optional. You can leave the individual deliveries option without any grouping. This way, you will receive the product when it is ready. Important: If you paid for one standard delivery and receive the item when it's ready, you only pay for one delivery.
If the shipping companies allow it, you can arrange for weekend delivery. Please keep in mind that if you want to arrange delivery on Saturday or Sunday, it will cost you more because additional fees will be required. Also, please note that if you have already made a standard delivery on a weekday, we will not be able to deliver on the weekend, even if you offer to pay extra.
HOW CAN YOU CHANGE YOUR DELIVERY CONDITIONS TO IMPROVE AND ORDER PREMIUM SERVICES?
If you have a desire or need to organize premium delivery, we will take payment for such service. However, if you ask us for a grouped delivery, you will pay extra for one delivery instead of, say, three separate items. You can make your own choices for which items you plan to use our bulk delivery service.

HOW IS ROYAL MAIL SHIPPING AND ARRANGING A SO-CALLED LOCAL COLLECTION?
The products that can be picked up 2 days after shipping are those that are delivered by the so-called Royal Mail. Before delivery, you will definitely receive a message or email telling you when you can pick up your item at a specific branch. In order to pick up your item, you will need to bring identification of the person in whose name the package is addressed and proof of the address to which the delivery will take place. Please note that your package will be stored at the post office for 18 days.
ARRANGING DELIVERY BY COLLECTPLUS.
Goods delivered by collectplus are available for pickup the day after they are sent. You will either receive a text message or an e-mail telling you that the item is ready for pickup. To receive your package you will need an ID (of the person to whom the package is addressed) or a unique seven-digit code to receive the goods, which will be indicated in the message and letter. Please note that your parcel will be stored in the center of the store for 10 days.
What additional services can you get with the help of our company?
We can arrange removal of old furniture
You can arrange removal of old furniture, if you have a desire to donate it to charity and it is in good condition. However, if your furniture is in such condition that it can no longer be used, we can help you to dispose of it.
As for payment for this service, it is charged according to the rates of our partners. The cost of such services will be added to the intermediate total for your purchase. When you place your order, the cost of collecting your furniture will be reflected separately. If you would like us to pick up your old furniture, it must be completely disassembled (including cabinet door handles and sofa legs). Please note that furniture can only be collected for similar items. For example, if you bought 1 sofa that falls under this service, we can only assemble 1 sofa instead.
